With over a decade of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Elizabeth Grady takes a holistic approach to wellness, recognizing that the body, mind, and spirit are deeply interconnected. She believes that our bodies hold the stories of our lives, and through skilled, intuitive touch, she helps clients release patterns of tension, uncover the root causes of discomfort, and restore balance.
Trained in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilization, Ligament Release, Jin Shin Do Acupressure, and Reiki, Elizabeth tailors each session to the unique needs of the individual, meeting them where they are in that moment. She has a particular interest in myofascial release and the profound impact of scar tissue, especially abdominal scars, on the body’s structure and function.
In addition to hands-on treatment, Elizabeth is passionate about movement and its essential role in living a balanced, pain-free life. She believes that conscious movement helps integrate and sustain the benefits of bodywork, empowering clients to move with greater ease, strength, and awareness in their daily lives.
Grounded in compassion and deep listening, she cultivates a safe, healing space where clients can reconnect with themselves, release restrictions, and move toward greater ease and vitality.
When not at work, Elizabeth can be found exploring her connection with nature through hiking, camping, foraging and sea kayaking.
