Jade Bagwell

Registered Massage Therapist

My passion is helping people feel at home in their bodies.

I like to create an environment that allows our nervous system to relax and invites a feeling of rest, renewal and vitality. I do this by actively listening to your needs while being open-minded and supportive. I hold a welcoming space.

The pressures of the outside world are real and affect us emotionally, intellectually, as well as physically. I am trained in a colourful array of modalities to help relieve those outside pressures and bring you back to your center.

A treatment with me may include one or many or all of the following:

– Cranio Sacral
– Joint Mobilizations
– Visceral Manipulation
– Muscle Energy Techniques
– Myo Fascial Release
– Lymph Drainage
– Pregnancy Massage

I also offer pre/post surgery treatments to aid in recovery, assist with scar tissue repair and return to meaningful daily activities.

Whether you want to recover from injury, have a specific goal in mind, or just want a moment to relax, unwind and feel great. I am here for you. I look forward to treating you soon.

Lucian Mills

R.TCMP Acupuncturist

My journey with holistic health started in the mid to late 2000s, and coincided with periods of study in India and Korea. I began giving acupuncture treatments in 2013, and graduated from a Doctor of traditional chinese medicine program at Oshio college in Victoria in 2017. Since then I have been studying Classical Chinese Medicine approaches taught by Jeffrey Yuen, 88th generation lineage holder of the Jade Purity school of Taoism. Today I offer acupuncture and moxa, herbal medicine, diet therapy, tui na massage and other forms of body work, cupping, gua sha, as well as some of the lesser known fields of Chinese Medicine…

I’m a firm believer in holistic medicine, which seeks to treat each person as an individual, in order to address the root cause of their disease, instead of merely masking symptoms. Chinese Medicine is a wonderful tradition with over two thousand years worth of clinical wisdom to offer to you; the natural modalities of these ancient traditions are designed to not only treat your health issues, but to bring awareness, so you can learn to make the appropriate changes needed to attain lasting health at a root level, not just a quick fix. I’d love to work with you to make this a reality!

Lena Watt

Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Intuitive Guidance

I am a Yogi, Moon Goddess and Kitchen Witch at heart. I am a Yoga Therapist, Somatic Movement Guide, Reiki Healer, Energy Worker, Circle Guide, Natal Chart Reader, Retreat Leader, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach and a lifelong learner. I value the sacredness of life and try to sprinkle ritual into my daily life. Sharing some of these rituals with others explodes my heart, just as much as moving, breathing and connecting with community in circle.

I hold space for people to come back to themselves, their heart, their centre, their inner wisdom and inner compass. To allow people to feel seen and heard and create a safe and supportive place where they can share, surrender and heal. I work primarily with women, one on one, or in small groups. Teaching ancient wisdom through practical, embodied practices in our modern world. Hoping to help unveil the innate knowing that we are all ENOUGH, we are all WHOLE and COMPLETE exactly as we are, we are all ONE, we are all LOVE. I am currently offering Private Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Oracle Card Reading and Mini Natal Chart Readings. These are all practices that have helped me heal and if you are curious to see how they can help you, book a session.
